As part of our Quality Assurance Certification, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Every order goes through strict quality control procedures by our qualified staff and is monitored via surveillance cameras during packing before being handed over to the courier.
- We strongly encourage customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
- Although rare, if you notice any issue, please do not use the article and follow our return and exchange guidelines below so we can resolve the matter promptly.
How to Start Returns & Exchanges Process
- Report any issue within 2 calendar days.
- Send your order number along with photo/video evidence via WhatsApp: +92 340 39 39 39 7.
- Wait for our approval (usually granted within 2 working days).
- Pack the unused item in its original packaging along with invoices and tags.
- Once received, our team will conduct a thorough inspection and inform you of the outcome of your return or exchange request.
International Orders – Returns & Exchanges
- Refunds, replacements, or exchange coupons are issued within 5 working days.
- If an item is incorrect or defective due to an oversight at our end, the original shipping costs will be refunded.
- Based on your preference, a replacement of equal value may be issued and sent with the customer’s next order.
- For “change of mind” returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for all return shipping, custom duties, and taxes.
- Orders placed via credit card can be cancelled within 12 hours to allow issuance of refund vouchers.
Pakistan Orders – Returns & Exchanges
- Refunds, replacements, or exchange coupons are issued within 5 working days.
- If an item is incorrect or defective due to an oversight at our end, the original shipping cost will be refunded.
- In all other cases, the customer will bear the shipment cost.
General Notes
- Based on photo/video evidence and our internal packaging surveillance, if an item is found to be incorrect or defective due to an oversight at our end, a replacement will be issued.
- No refunds are issued for refused or uncollected parcels.
- Please do not return any items without first initiating a return or exchange request.
- Articles purchased at a discount are not eligible for return.
- Packing boxes are not exchangeable.
- Customized orders cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, if incorrect measurements are received, please provide evidence and we will rectify the issue.
- Due to differences in screen settings and lighting during photography, slight variations in color or texture may occur. Products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
