Payment Process

We offer end-to-end encrypted online payments. Our payment gateways are authenticated and verified by 3-D Secure, a protocol designed to provide an additional security layer for online credit card transactions.

You will be redirected to a verified payment gateway to complete payment for your order.

Payment Failure

In case of payment failure, please verify that the payment information entered is accurate. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, the amount is normally reimbursed by your bank. Please contact your bank for further inquiries. You may also contact our support team with your order number for payment status updates.

Refunds

If you cancel your order within 12 hours of placement and the order has not been dispatched, you may be offered online store credit equal to the order value. In cases where ordered items are unavailable, a full refund will be issued, which may take up to 5 working days as per bank policy.

In case of any dispute, products purchased from our website may be exchanged within 10 days, provided that:

  • The exchange request is made within the stated time frame.
  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The received product differs from the original order.
  • Any item, label, or original packaging material is missing.

Please email or WhatsApp pictures of the defective item within 3 days of delivery to raise a dispute. Each case will be reviewed individually and handled fairly. Once resolved, we will issue a replacement product or provide a coupon equal to the product value, redeemable on our website.
